Jack A. Calabrese

Co-Founder and President

 Jack is responsible for the overall leadership and executive management of Program Benefit Services, LLC. (PBS) and focusses on driving growth to PBS by promoting their unique approach to creating national insurance programs. 

Jack has worked in the insurance programs sector for over 30 years. In 1990 he founded the NAPA Insurance Center (NIC) where he created many exclusive insurance programs for both NAPA Auto Parts Stores and NAPA AutoCare Centers nationally.  During Jacks tenure NIC developed the NAPA Business Insurance Program, the NAPA Health Insurance Program, NAPA Health Captive and the NAPA Benefits Insurance Program.

Through Program Benefit Services, LLC. he is bringing the program framework to brokers and trade associations across the U.S. helping others to produce the same success his other programs have endured through the years.

Previous to NIC Jack has held positions at Sentry Insurance Company and as owner of J.A. Calabrese Insurance Agency.

Daniel J. Pierro, Jr.

Co-Founder and Managing Principal

Danny is responsible for new strategic initiatives and expanding Program Benefit Services, LLC (PBS) geographically through recruiting new association and broker partners and developing national programs.

Danny brings an extensive background in Employee Benefits to (PBS). He specializes in national benefit offerings and played an integral part in developing the NAPA National Benefits Insurance Program and the NAPA Health Captive for the NAPA Insurance Center.

In the past he has served as President of P&C Financial and Insurance Services, Inc. (acquired by EPIC) and Principal of EPIC (acquired by Oak Hill Capital Partners).
